Frequency differencies All results combined:

Optimal tuning of one stable transmitter produce different frequencies according to receiver and mode used. Tag producers sometimes declare true transmitted frequency but mostly it is shifted according to their SSB receiver construction. 
Tags must be at minimum 8+4+4 kHz apart to avoid confusion if different scanners are used.
